Here at Tameside Primary Academy, we believe that school uniform is of the utmost importance to help promote a smart, collaborative educational environment.

Our school uniform blends the smart with the comfortable to encourage pride in the academy, whilst also ensuring that pupils are able to get the best out of their learning. We ask families to support us in ensuring that their children wear the correct uniform every day. All items of clothing need to be marked clearly with your child’s name to help in instances where items are lost or forgotten. This will allow easy identification and quicker return if items have been misplaced.
There are slight variances between Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 so please read below carefully so that you purchase the correct uniform for the correct Key Stage.

You can buy branded items of uniform from CC Uniforms in West Bromwich or First Choice School Uniform in Wednesbury.
Other items may be purchased from retailers of your choice, provided they meet the requirements on this list.
Pre-loved uniform:
We are informing parents of a swap shop/donations wanted and have contacted Year 6 leavers’ parents this year for their donations.
Every two weeks on a Friday the unwanted clothes will be on display outside reception for parents to swop for or to collect items needed.
We also have a stock of new uniform for families in need.
