We provide high-quality facilities suitable for a variety of occasions and groups:

Our facilities are perfect for community groups, sports clubs and events.
When are your facilities available for hire?

Our facilities are generally available to hire in the evenings during the week and all day at weekends. We have extended hours during school holidays.

Can I hire facilities outside of term time?

Yes, we also extend our hours during school holidays to provide even more flexibility for your bookings.
How can I book a facility?

Booking is easy with the School Hire online system. Each facility page includes detailed information to help you find and reserve the perfect space for your needs.
How much does it cost to hire your facilities?

The cost to hire our facilities varies depending on the specific space and the length of your booking. You can view the costs for each space on the School Hire website before choosing to book.

There is a 10% discount available on many of our venues for blocks of 10 or more consecutive bookings.
Do you offer discounts for block bookings?

Yes, many of our venues offer a 10% discount for 10 or more consecutive bookings. This is ideal if you are looking to hire a space on a regular basis.
Do your venues have audio equipment and screens?

Many of our spaces have projectors and interactive whiteboards, which can be used during the booking. Support technicians can be booked at an additional cost. Please check the page of the space you would like to hire for more information and details of specific equipment available in each room.
Are there changing facilities on-site?

Unfortunately, we do not have changing facilities available onsite.
Where are your venues located?

We are located in Wednesbury, Sandwell, West Midlands. We are easily accessible from the M6 motorway. The site is served by frequent local bus routes and Tame Bridge Parkway train station is just one mile away.
Is parking available at your venues?

Yes, all our venues offer on-site parking for your convenience.
I can’t find the kind of venue I’m looking for at your school

We have facilities available for hire at our Trust’s schools across the Black Country area of the West Midlands. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, take a look at our Trust’s other schools.

Some of our other schools nearby include Holyhead Primary Academy and Wallbrook Primary Academy.

Safeguarding and Risk Assessments

If the use of our facilities involves young people under the age of 18 or vulnerable adults, the party making the booking must have appropriate safeguarding policies and procedures in place.

You will need to confirm and provide evidence that you have the following in place:

A named DSL
Safeguarding policy for the club or organisation
Evidence that all volunteers and staff have undergone appropriate DBS checks
Risk assessments for the use of facilities
